摘　　要：在总结目前国内数字参考咨询服务模式划分方式的基础上,提出了从4个层次来划分服务模式的观点,并从形式、优缺点、服务策略等方面对每种模式进行了比较分析。Based on summing up the classification of the modes of current Chinese digital reference services, this paper advances the. opinions on classifying the service modes from four levels, and makes comparison of and analysis on each mode from aspects of the form, advantages/disadvantages, and service tactics, etc.
