摘　　要：从如何做好读者服务工作入手,提出在网络环境下,图书馆信息咨询人员应具备思想品德、文化知识与知识服务三方面的素质和能力,并给出提高上述三方面素质和能力的途径。Starting from how to do well the service for readers, this paper advances that under the network environment the information consuhancy librarians should have the qualities and abilities in three aspects of the ideological character, cultural knowledge and knowledge service, and puts forward some paths for improving the qualities and abilities in abovementioned three aspects.
