摘 要:以磷钨杂多酸银盐(AgxH3-xPW12O40,0<x<3)为催化剂催化合成丁酮乙二醇缩酮。探讨了Ag2H1PW12O40催化合成缩酮的反应条件。结果表明,该催化剂的活性与结构中的酸性质子和水合银离子分离出的质子有关。实验的最佳条件为:丁酮7.2g,酮醇摩尔比为1∶1.5,环已烷10mL,催化剂为反应物总质量的0.5%,反应时间90m in,缩酮产率高达83.1%,催化剂可重复使用。A series of silver salts of 12 - tungstophosphoric acid Agx Hs 3-x PW12O40 ( Agx ) ( where 0 〈 x 〈 3 ) were prepared. The catalytic activity for the formation of ketal by using 2 - butanone and ethyleneylycol was also studied. It was found that the Ag2H1 PW12 O40 is the best catalyst in the reaction. The results showed that catalystic activity is related to acid protons and protons generated by dissociation of water molecules coordinated by silver cations. The optimum conditions are as the following: the 2 - butanone was taken 7.2g,the molar ratio of 2 -butanone and ethyleneylycol was 1: 1.5 ,the catalyst was used 0. 5% of the material mass ,reaction time was for 90rain and cyclohexane was used 10mL. The best yield of the ketal was 83.1%.
