摘　　要：The new complex formulated [Ni（phen）2（H2O）2][Ni（DPC）2]·6H2O·1/2CH3OH（phem=1,10-phenanth-roline,DpC=pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate）have been sythesized and the crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction.The crystal structure of the complex belongs to triclinic system with space group pi,a=10.0870,c=14.934（2）,α=74.050（10）°,β=78.580（10）°,γ=75.210（10）°,V=2023.1（4）3,Z=2,F（000）=1002,S=1.052,Dc=1.589g·cm-3,μ=1.014-1.R[I>2σ（I）]:R1=0.0288,wR2=0.719;R（all data）:R1=0.0378,wR2=0.0744,w=1/[σ2（F20）+（0.0427P）2].There is a three-dimensional network structure through hydrogen bonding interactions in the complex.The TG-IR of the complex has been determined and the related properties of the complex have been discussed.The new eomplex formulated [ Ni（phen） 2 （H2O） 2 ] [ Ni （DPC）2 ] · 6H2O · 1/2CH3OH（phem = 1,10 - phenanth - roline,DpC = pyridine- 2,6 -diearboxylate）have been sythesized and the erystal strueture was determined by X-ray diffraetion. The erystal strueture of the eomplex belongs to trielinie system with space group pi, a = 10. 0870A, e = 14. 934 （2）.A,α = 74. 050 （10）°, 13 =78. 580（10）° ,γ=75. 210（10）° ,V =2023.1（4）A^3 ,Z =2, F（000） = 1002,S = 1. 052, Dc = 1. 589g ·cm^-3, μ, = 1. 014^-1. R [ I 〉2σ（I） ] ：R1 =0. 0288 ,wR2 =0. 719;R（ all data） ：R1 =0. 0378 ,wR2 =0. 0744,w = 1/[ σ^2 （ F0^2 ） ＋ （0. 0427P）^2 ]. There is a three-dimensional network strueture through hydrogen bonding interaetions in the eomplex. The TG-IR of the eomplex has been determined and the related properties of the eomplex have been diseussed.
