摘　　要：喉罩是介于气管内插管通气和面罩通气之间的声门上通气装置。依结构类型不同,其功能应用亦不同。具有应用范围广,操作简便,对呼吸道的损伤、刺激小,并发症少,能维持有效、可靠的通气。第一、二代喉罩对有的食管反流不能完全防止误吸,对需要进行高压正压通气的使用受到一定的限制。Laryngeal mask airway（LMA） is a kind of airbreather above glottis between ventilation using endotracheal tube and face mask. Its function differs according to its structure and type. It has many advantages including wide application, simple operation, decreased injury and stimulation to respiratory tract, less complication and reliable ventilation efficacy. The LIMA of first and second generation can not prevent aspiration resulting from esophageal reflux completely, which leads to its limited application in patients requiring high pressure oositive airway pressure.
