摘　　要：AC133抗原是最近干细胞研究领域的热点。本文从基因及蛋白结构、转录调控、抗原表达、生物功能以及应用前景等方面进行综述。AC133 antigen is one of hot spots in investigation domain o＇f stem cell. This article reviews AC133 about its structure of gnen and protein, transcriptional control, antigen presentation, biological function and application future.
