摘　　要：通过对攀枝花新钢钒公司铁液预处理站镁基脱硫剂脱硫工艺优化的工业试验和生产实践,探索出适合生产要求的喷吹压力、喷吹速度、钙镁比等工艺参数。试验结果表明,喷吹工艺优化后满足了现行生产工艺的要求,保证了脱硫效果,提高了脱硫剂的利用率,降低了吨钢生产成本。The optimized parameters, such as pressure, injection rate and CaO/Mg etc. , were derived from both theoretical research and production practice in hot metal pretreatment station of PSV by magnesium based desulfurizer. After optimization, production requirements are met, desulphurization effect is guaranteed, utilization of desulphurizer is improved and steel cost is reduced.
