摘  要:本文旨在研究大豆黄酮对仔公猪增重和内源激素水平的影响,探讨大豆黄酮在机体内的生理学作用。选用12头同期分娩、体重相近的5~6周龄健康杂种(大约克舍X太湖猪旱)小公猪,随机等分成对照组和试验组,预饲1周后进行试验。试验组于耳后皮下注射乳化后的大豆黄酮2mL(乳化剂:大豆色拉油),用量为0.5mg/kg体重;对照组注射未加大豆黄酮的等量乳化剂,每3d处理1次,连续注射8次。每2周空腹称重1次,并于处理第21、25天09:00~12:00从颈静脉采血,每次2mL。结果表明:与对照组相比,仔公猪日增重在处理1~2周和1~4周无明显变化,而在处理3~4周提高10.40%(P〈0.05);血清睾酮水平在处理第21、25天分别上升14.22%(P〈0.05)和7.07%;血清IGF-I水平在处理第21、25天分别上升15.92%(P〈0.05)和23.46%(P〈0.01)。试验结果显示,大豆黄酮可通过影响机体内分泌而促进仔公猪的生长。The trial was conducted to study the effects of daidzein on weight gain and serum hormone levels in male piglets and discuss the physiological role in vivo. Twelve male piglets (Large x Meishan) at 5 - 6 weeks old with similar body weight were randomly assigned into the experimental and control groups. After 1 week of pre-feeding, the animals in the experimental group were injected intra-muscularly with 0.5 mg daidzein emulsified in peanut-oil per kg body weight, the injection volume was 2 mL. The animals in the control group received the injection with the same volume of peanut-oil. The treatment was repeated once every three days continuously for eight times. All animals were weighed once every two weeks before feeding. Two mL of blood sample from each animal was taken into sterilized tubes between 09 : 00--12 : 00 on day 21 and 25, respectively. The results showed that the average body gain (ADO) of two groups were not significantly different in the whole period, but ADG among day 14-28 was increased by 10.40% (P〈0.05) for the experimental group compared with the control. On day 21 and 25 the serum testosterone levels were elevated by 14.22% (P〈0.05) and 7.07%, respectively. The IGF- I levels on day 21, 25 were increased by 15.92% (P〈0.05) and 23.46% (P〈0.01) respectively. In conclusion, daidzein could improve the secretion of testosterone and IGF- I and promote the growth of male piglets.
