摘　　要：以几种典型合金为对象，研究了超声波对液态金属的作用效果．实验结果表明：超声波能够细化铝合金、铅合金及灰铸铁的微观组织、改善第二相的形态，并使第二相的分布变得更为均匀；The effect of ultrasonic casting on the structure and the mechanical behavior of alloy are studied in this paper. The experimental results show that the ultrasound is led into the liquid alloys, and the microstructure and performance of alloys and the mechanical behaviors are markedly improved by ultrasonic wave.
