高校图书馆工作与大学生情商培养

摘　　要：情商是人的重要心理素质。我国大学生在情商方面还存在种种不足,高校图书馆工作有着培养大学生情商的功能,应充分发挥这种功能。提出了若干建议:开展好用户教育,促进大学生情商的提升;加强信息资源建设,利用丰富馆藏资源塑造大学生完美人格;完善服务模式,做好情商服务;配合学校开展的相关活动,促进校园文化建设;强化员工情商教育,服务育人。Emotional quotient is an important psychological quality. The college students of our country have demerits in emotional quotient. The work of college libraries has the function of fostering emotional quotient of college students. In order to develop the function, this paper puts forward some suggestions, that is, developing the education for users to improve the students＇ emotional quotient, strengthening the building of information resources to perfect students＇personality, improving the service patterns for the sake of emotional quotient, cooperating with colleges to promote the cultural building, strengthening the education of staff in emotional quotient to educate people by service.
