摘 要:在一定浓度的H2SO4底液中,硼与钼酸铵反应形成硼钼杂多酸,该杂多酸在滴汞电极上产生一个灵敏的还原波,据此建立了硼钼杂多酸示波极谱法测定微量硼的新方法。其峰电位(Ep)为-0.88V,硼在0.004~0.04μg/mL范围内与峰高(H)呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.002μg/mL。方法用于天然水中硼的测定,回收率为102%~118%,相对标准偏差4.6%~6.4%。In a base solution of sulphuric acid, boron(in the form of borate)reacts with ammonium molybdate to form a molybdoboric heteropoly acid which shows a sensitive absorptive reduction wave at the dropping mercury electrode with peak potential(Ep) at- 0.88 V( vs. SCE). The height of peak current(ip) is linear with the concentration of boron in the range of 0. 004 - 0.04 μg/mL. The detection limit of this method is found to be 0. 002 μg/mL. The method has been applied to the determination of boron in natural water with relative standard deviation of 4.6% -6.4% and recovery of 102% - 118%.
