摘  要:研究了以微乳液为介质,在稀硫酸体系中,用氨三乙酸作活化剂,铌催化溴酸钾氧化对氯苯基荧光酮褪色的新指示反应,建立了催化动力学光度法测定铌(Ⅴ)的新方法。在480nm处,检出限达到0.13μg/L,线性范围为0.4~16μg/L,该催化反应表观活化能为89.23kJ/mol。对30多种离子的影响进行研究,结果表明,大多数常见离子不干扰测定,方法用于合金钢中微量铌的测定,其相对标准偏差小于4.0%,测定值与认定值相符。A new catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method was developed for the determination of niobium(V) in nonionic microemulsion medium, based on the catalytic effect of niobium on oxidation of 2,4- dichlorophenylfluorone by potassium bromate with nitrilotriacetic acid as an activator in diluted sulphuric acid medium. The linear range is 0.4 - 16 μg/L for niobium at 480 nm. The detection limit is 0.13 μg/L. The apparent activation energy is 89.23 kJ/mol. The results for the study of the effects of more than 30 kinds of foreign ions indicate that many common ions do not interfere in the determination of niobium. The method has been applied to the determination of trace niobium in alloy steel with RSD of less than 4.0 % The determination results are consistent with the certified values.
