元胡止痛分散片的制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:制备元胡止痛分散片(延胡索,白芷)。方法:采用单因素试验及U9(94)均匀设计试验以多个指标考察分散片的处方和制备工艺。结果:采用优化条件选择分散片片重为400 mg/片,淀粉34%、微晶纤维素40%、乳糖10%作为填充剂,8%的交联羧甲基纤维素钠(cCMC-Na)为崩解剂,15%PVPK30的乙醇溶液为黏合剂。结论:所制分散片处方合理、工艺可行,溶出快。AIM： To prepare Yuanhuzhitong Dispersible Tablet. （Rhizoma corydalis, Radix Angeliae Dahuricae） METHODS： To inspect formula and preparation technology of dispersible tablet using mono-factor experiment and U9 （94 ） uniform design experiment on the basis of multi-markers. RESULTS ： The weight of dispersible tablet was definited as 400 mg, the pharmaceutical adjuvants were 34% starch, 40% MCC and 10% lactose as filler, 8% cCMC-Na as disintegrat, 15% PVPK30 alcohol water blend as adhesive on the basis of mono-factor test.CONCLUSION： The formula is reasonable and technology is feasible.
