强力天麻杜仲胶囊联合治疗老年高血压疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察强力天麻杜仲胶囊联合常规降压药物对老年高血压患者的降压疗效及对尿微量白蛋白排泄和临床相关症状的影响。方法:联合用药组35例,予强力天麻杜仲胶囊、雅施达、双克治疗,对照组33例,西药降压治疗同联合组,共8周。治疗前后进行动态血压监测、检测尿M alb(微量白蛋白)、TF(转铁蛋白)及高血压相关症状评分。结果:联合用药组能显著降低SBP、MAP、PP(P<0.05),能减少患者M alb、TF的排泄(P<0.01)并显著改善相关症状的评分,与对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:强力天麻杜仲胶囊联合常规降压治疗有良好的降压疗效,能减轻肾小球病变,改善临床症状。AIM： To observe the effect of Qianglitianmaduzhong Capsule combined with routine antihypertensive agents on blood pressure and urinary micro-albumin and clinical symptoms in the old patients with hypetension. METHODS： Subjects were divided randomly into combined treatment group （n=35 ） and control group （n=33 ）. Both groups were treated with Acertil and Hydrochlorothiazide for 8 weeks. Besides, Qianglitianmaduzhong Capsule was prescribed to combined treatment group. Ambulatory blood ressure monitoring, urinary micro-albumin, transferrin and clinical symptoms accompanied with hypertension were evaluated twice before and after the intervention. RESULTS： Systolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure and pulse pressure （PP） decreased significantly （P〈0.05 ） in combined treatment group. The excretion of urinary micro-albumin （Malb） and transferrin （TF） both decreased greatly （P〈0.01 ） with a lower clinical symptom score in combined treatment group. There was a great difference in changes of PP, Malb, TF and clinical symptom score between the two groups. CONCLUSION ： The treatment of Qianglitianmaduzhong Capsule with acertil and hydrochlorothiazide has better antihypertensive efficacy and can reduce glomerular lesion and ameliorate clinical symptoms.
