摘　　要：介绍内/外径为3 540/3940mm、厚度为210mm的环形灰铸铁件采用地坑铸型铸造的工艺方法。叙述砂床的构造、制作及烘干方法、浇注温度的控制等。用此工艺浇注铸件3件,质量达到客户要求,推广用于其他类似铸件也获得成功。A foundry method for using floor mould to produce a large ring-shaped gray iron casting with internal / outer diameters of 3 540/3 940 mm and thickness of 210 mm was introduced. The construction of the sand bed used as mould, its preparing and drying were described. The quality of all there castings produced with the method completely met technical requirements of the client. Moreover, this method was also successfully used for some other similar castings.
