摘　　要：分析了网络信息资源组织模式所存在的问题。介绍了一种网络信息资源组织方法——都柏林核心元素集及其设计原则、著录项目、特色、功能和在国内外应用,并设想了了都柏林核心元素集在网络信息资源组织中的发展趋势。This paper ha analyzed the existing problems of networked information resource organization, introduced a method of networked information resource organization--DC, and its design principle, description format, feature, function and the application of DC both at home and abroad, and put forward suggestions on the development of DC.
