摘 要:利用阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵改性纳米CaCO3。对改性前后的纳米CaCO3进行了FT-IR光谱分析和透射电镜观察,测定了沉降体积、表观黏度、浊度和颗粒粒度分布,对其在水中的分散性能进行了评价。结果表明,经表面改性后,纳米CaCO3在水中的润湿性及分散稳定性有很大改善。The surface of nanometer calcium carbonate was treated with cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide cationic(CrAB). The compounds formed on the surface of the nanometer calcium carbonate after modification were identified by using FT-IR. In this paper, the dispersion characteristics of nanometer calcium carbonate after modification were investigated in terms of sediment volume, suspension turbidity and system viscosity. It was found that compared to unmodified nanometer calcium carbonate, nanometer calcium carbonate after CTAB modification was greatly improved in wettability and theological behavior. In addition, TEM and acoustic wave particle analyzer analysis results also proved that the surface modification of nanometer calcium carbonate using CrAB could greatly improve its dispersion in water.
