摘　　要：优化比较了几种液体直接染料用于牛皮箱纸板染色时的作用效果。实验结果表明,对于给定的浆料,可使用多种配色方案来染出所需色相,染料的最终选择应综合考虑染色的可行性和经济性。在牛皮箱纸板染料配方中,采用国产液体直接染料,选择合适的染料组合来部分或全部代替进口染料SP-1,可以降低总染料用量,同时染色效果与单独使用SP-1相同或相似。In this paper, several liquid direct dyes were applied to dye liner board and their effects were introduced. It was found that various combinations of dyestuffs can be chosen to meet the required color for a given pulp. The selection of dyestuffs should consider the efficiency of the dye and the economic aspect. In this experiment, some suitable combinafiom of dyestuffs were used to replace dye SP - 1 （the imported special dye for liner board）, and the total amounts of dyestuffs were reduced when the required color was met.
