摘  要:介绍了模拟实际工艺流程的水解酸化预处理废纸造纸废水的小试研究。间歇进水实验表明,pH值在6~7范围内水解酸化效果较好;温度在20~40℃范围内每上升10℃,CODcr去除率平均增加10个百分点,50℃时,水解酸化效果明显下降。连续进水实验表明,随着HRT的增加,出水VFA表现出先增加后降低的趋势,而CODcr去除率呈上升趋势,HRT为8h可定为不同水解酸化阶段的分界点。Several experiments were carried out in lab to study the factors affecting hydrolytic-acidification during the treatment of wastewater in recycled fibers base mills. Batch tests suggested that it was suitable for acidification at pH 6- 7, COD removal rate reached 50.6% at pH 7,the effluent COD obviously increased at pH 4. COD removal rate increased 10% with every 10℃ increased at 20 - 40℃. The effect of HA became worse at 50℃. Continuous-flow tests indicated that there was a increasing tendency for COD removal rate with longer HRT, and VFA concentration increased firstly and then decreased with the HRT continuously prolonged. HRT at 8 hours can be defined as the dividing point of two HA phases.
