摘 要:目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定复方胆通胶囊中大黄素和大黄酚含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(85:15);检测波长254 nm;流速为0.8 mL·min-1。结果:大黄素和大黄酚在0.01~0.06 mg和0.02~0.12 mg范围内呈良好的线性关系;相关系敬分别0.999 0和0.999 2;大黄素和大黄酚的平均加样回收率专99.12%(RSD=1.2%)和99.52%(RSD=0.6%)。结论:该方法灵敏、简便,结果准确,适用于复方胆通胶囊中大黄素、大黄酚含量测定。Objective: To establish a HPLC method for quantification of emodin and chrysophanol in compound capsules for clearing stasis from gall bladder (Fufangdantong Capsules). Methods: The HPLC was run in a ClS reverse phase column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μtm) , an eluate of wateracetonitrile (85: 15) with a flow rate of 0. 8 mL·min^-1 and a detection wavelength at 254 nm. Results: A good linearity was found over the concentration range of 0.01 -0.06 mg (emodin) and 0.02 -0. 12 mg (chrysophanol). The correlation coefficient was 0. 999 0 (emodin) and 0. 999 2 (chrysophanol), respectively. Conclusion: This sensitive and reliable HPLC method can be used for quantification of emodin and chrysophanol in Fufangdantong Capsules.
