L-甲硫氨酸产生菌M0658原生质体形成及其再生条件的研究

摘　　要：以产L-甲硫氨酸芽孢杆菌M0658为出发菌株,考察了各种因素对原生质体形成和再生的影响.在原生质体形成和再生的最佳条件下,M0658原生质体形成率和再生率分别达到96.4%和75.3%,并在光学显微镜下观察了原生质体和原菌的形态差别.According to the preparation of L-Met producing bacillus M0658, all factors affecting the formation and regeneration of protoplasts were investigated. Under the optimum condition, the rate of protoplast formation and regeneration reached 96.4% and 75. 3% respectively. The morphological differences between M0658 cells and its protoplasts were distinguished by the optical microscope.
