冠状动脉病变的稳定程度与血清脂联素的相关性

摘　　要：目的:探讨人血清脂联素水平与冠状动脉病变稳定程度的关系。方法:根据冠状动脉造影结果和临床表现,将86例疑诊冠心病患者分为急性心肌梗死组、不稳定性心绞痛组、稳定性心绞痛组和阴性对照组组。并根据冠脉造影的Gensini积分分成<30分组和≥30分组。用放射免疫法检测血清脂联素水平,同时测定患者血压、血脂、血糖等相关指标。结果:急性心肌梗死组和不稳定性心绞痛组患者血清脂联素水平明显低于稳定性心绞痛组和阴性对照组(P<0．05和P<0．01),稳定性心绞痛组的脂联素水平虽然低于对照组,但未达到统计学意义(P>0．05)。≥30分组脂联素水平明显低于<30分组(P<0．05)。结论:血清脂联素水平降低与急性冠脉综合征和冠脉病变严重程度相伴随。Objective： To explore the relationship between the level of serum adiponectin and the stability of coronary artery stenosis. Methods： According to coronary angiography and clinical manifestration, 103 cases with suspected coronary heart disease were divided into groups, acute myocardial infarction group, unstable angina group, stable angina group and a control group. In the meanwhile, these patients were divided into 〈30 score group and ≥ 30 score group according to coronary angiography by Gensini＇s score. Fasting serum adiponectin was assayed by radioimmunoassay, and related parameters such as blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, lipids were measured. Results： The serum level of adiponectin in patients with acute myocardial infarction and unstable angina was decreased as compared with that with stable angina and the negative controls（P〈0.05 and P〈0.01）. Although the serum level of adiponectin of stable angina patients was lower than that of controls, the distinction between them was insignificant（P〉0.05）. The serum level of adiponectin in patients with ≥30 scale were significantly descended as compared with that of 〈30 scale（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The levd of serum adiponectin decrease progressively with acute coronary syndrome and the stability of coronary artery stenosis.
