摘 要:目的探讨尿毒症和血液透析患者的氧化应激及炎症水平。方法检测正常对照组、尿毒症非透析组和血液透析组的丙二醛(MDA)、白细胞介素(IL-6)和C反应蛋白(CRP)的水平。结果血液透析组MDA、IL-6、CRP明显高于对照组和非透析组(P<0.01),血液透析组MDA与IL-6、CRP呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论尿毒症和血液透析患者的氧化应激及炎症水平增高,MDA和IL-6、CRP分别是氧化应激和炎症较好的预测指标。Objective To investigate the plasma levels of oxidative stress and inflammation in uremia and hemodialysis patients. Methods MDA,IL-6,CRP plasma levels were measured in normal controls, tmdialyzed uremia patients and hemodialysis patients. Results The plasma levels of MDA, IL-6, CRP in hemodialysis group were significantly increased, compexed with those of unhemodialysis group and control group (P〈0.01). In hemodialysis group, MDA was positive correlations to IL-6 and CRP (P〈0.01). Conclusion The levels of oxidative stress and inflammation are increased in uremia and hemodialysis patients. MDA and CRP,IL-6 may be the better markers of oxidative stress and inflammation.
