圆柚酮的晶体结构及在烟用香精香料中的应用

摘　　要：以巴伦亚烯为原料合成了圆柚酮，并对其晶体结构进行了分析鉴定。该化合物属于单斜晶系，空间群为P2，，晶胞参数a=0．5903（2）nm，b=0．9495（4）nm，c=1．1630（6）nm，β=96．09（2）°，V=0．6482（5）nm^3，晶体计算密度，Dx=1．119mg·m^-3，Z=2，μ=0．07mm。将圆柚酮用作烟用香料的使用结果表明：在温度为20℃时，该化合物的香气阈值为0．001mg·L^-1；在卷炯中使用具有增加卷烟香气，丰满卷烟香味和降低刺激的作用；作为烟用香料使用，圆柚酮在烟丝中的最适宜添加量为Ⅲ（圆柚酮）=（1～10）×10^-6。Nootkatone was synthesized from valencene and its crystal structure was identified. This compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system with space group P21 and parameters a = 0. 590 3 （2） nm,b =0.949 5（4） nm,c = 1. 163 0（6） nm,β=96.09（2）°,V=0.6482（5）nm^3,Dx=1.119mg·m^-3,Z=2,μ=0.07mm^-1. Nootkatone was used as tobacco flavorant, and at 20 ℃ , the threshold value of nootkatone in water solution is 0. 001 mg ·L^-1. The experimental cigarettes were found to have more tobacco smoke flavors, smoother body sensation and less harshness. The optimum dosage of nootkatone used as tobacco flavorant is （ 1 - 10） × 10^-6
