摘　　要：配剂是工业生产中经常用到的环节。但以往由于种种原因,配剂基本上都是人工完成。为了降低工人的劳动强度、减少人力,研究了自动配剂系统,并给出了2套自动控制方案。详细说明了这2套方案的实现方法及控制原理,并分别给出了系统结构图。Compounding solvent is often used in industry. But now compounding solvent is often completed manually for some reasons. An automatic compounding system is studied and two autocontrol schemes are presented in order to decrease work intensity and reduce workers. The implementation methods and control theory of the two schemes are explicated and system frames are given respectively.
