摘　　要：培养大学生的团队精神和创新能力是时代赋予学校教育的使命,是新世纪对人才的基本素质要求,也是塑造健康人格的不可或缺的重要组成部分.本文在阐明培养大学生团队精神意义的基础上,探讨了在大学生科技创新活动中团队精神培养的方法、途径及应注意的问题.The times endows the school education with the mission that fosters the team spirit and innovative ability, which is not only the fundamental requirement that the new century demand the persons of ability to have, but also the necessary and important part that forms the healthy personality. This issue focuses on the significance of fostering team spirit, discuss the ways and methods about team spirit and of which the problems that we should pay attention to in the innovative activities.
