摘　　要：本文在文献［１］～［３］的基础上进一步研究了带有不完全信息的随机截尾试验模型。讨论了Ｗｅｉｂｕｌ寿命分布参数的统计分析，给出了似然方程组解即参数的极大似然估计（ＭＬＥ）的存在唯一性定理。文末给出了随机模拟数值解，结果表明。In this paper,we discuss further the random censoring model with incomplete information on the basis of -,and present statistical analysis of the parameters of Weibull lifetime distribution,and give the theorem of the existence and uniqueness of solutions for the likelihood equations (that is ,MLE of the parameters).A lot of numerical calculation of random simulation are exhibited at the end of the paper.The results show that MLE of the parameters are more accurate.
