摘 要:对轴流风机与离心风机串联吸气性能进行了试验,得到了两种异类风机串联工作时的吸气性能曲线。试验结果表明,串联吸气全压与单风机全压相比在小流量区域全压显著增大,改善了风机的性能;串联后的效率曲线也得到改善,高效率区域增大,且两种风机在串联系统中的先后位置对吸气性能影响很小,提高了串联系统的适应范围。因此,轴流风机和离心风机串联适用于管道系统阻力大的情况,可以发挥离心风机压力高、轴流风机结构简单且易于串联的优势。According to national standards,tests of suction performance of axial-flow fan and centrifugal fan in series were completed,and performance curves of different fans in series were gained.The results show that the pressure in series is increased markedly in small flow-rate area,so performance of the fans is improved.Also the efficiency curve in series is improved,and the area of high efficiency is enlarged.The position of these two kinds of fans in series system has a little effect on suction performance,so adaptive area of the system in series is enhanced.Accordingly,axial-flow fan and centrifugal fan in series are suitable for the condition when resistance of the pipeline system is comparatively strong.The advantages of the different kinds of fans with the higher pressure of centrifugal fan and simple structure of axial-flow fan are exerted.
