摘  要:以新型玉米茎秆粉碎灭茬机为研究对象,选取刀辊转速、机组前进速度、动刀倾角为三个试验因素,以粉碎合格率、粉碎功耗为试验指标,采用正交试验的方法,在田间对玉米茎秆和根茬进行了粉碎试验,分析茎秆粉碎灭茬机结构、运动参数对粉碎质量、粉碎功耗的影响。试验结果表明:刀辊转速和机组前进速度对粉碎功耗和粉碎合格率的影响都是显著的;动刀倾角对粉碎功耗的影响是显著的,对粉碎合格率是不显著的。最优组合为刀辊转速480 r/m in,动刀的顷角为6°,机组前进速度为2.45km/m。A new chopper of corn straw and stubble is researched in this paper.The moving forward speed of machine,the rotational speed of bladeaxle,and the obliquity of rotary blade are used as test elements.With smashing ratio and power consumption as test index,and adopting orthogonal experiment,the new chopper of corn straw and stubble is tested in the field.The effect of structure and movement parameters of the new chopper of corn straw and stubble on the smashing capability and power consumption is analyzed.The results show that the rotational speed of blade-axle and the moving forward speed of machine mainly influence the power consumption and smashing ratio.The obliquity of rotary blade has a great effect on power consumption with chopping corn straw and stubble,but less on smashing ratio.Optimized combination is that the rotational speed of blade-axle is 480 r/min,the obliquity of rotary blade is 6°,and the moving forward speed of machine is 2.45km/m.
