第28届奥运会20km竞走比赛中、外优秀运动员表现的比较研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、数理统计法和调查法对第28届奥运会男、女20 km竞走比赛前3名和我国参赛运动员的分段计时成绩、速度变化趋势、奥运会成绩与个人最好成绩的差别等进行了比较研究,认为训练针对性差、适应能力差、技术落后等因素影响了我国运动员水平的发挥。提出进一步深入研究竞走训练内在规律,加强训练针对性等建议。Based on the documentary method, the mathematical statistics and the investigation, with the means of comparison, the essay studies the differences between the individual best result and that in 20km walking of the 28th Olympic Games of the first race walker, the differences and similarities in each section. The essay puts forward the suggestions about studying, inner principles of the training of walking race and strengthens training purposes.
