摘 要:介绍了宝鸡市水资源的现状,分析了宝鸡城市水资源可持续利用方面存在的问题。为了从根本上解决宝鸡城市日益加剧的水资源危机,提出宝鸡城市水资源可持续利用的对策:树立全社会可持续利用观念;加快城市污水处理厂建设,实现达标排放;发展节水环保工农业技术,提高水资源利用率;加快水利工程建设,实施跨流域调水工程;加强水资源管理,以实现宝鸡城市水资源的可持续利用。First ,the basic states of the water resources in Baoji City are simply introduced. On the basis of these, the problems of the sustainable use of the urban water resources are analyzed. In order to solve more and more serious crisis of the urban water resources, some countermeasures for the sustainable use of urban water resources are put forword, build up the concept of sustainable use in whole society; quickly construct the city waste water processing factory, carry out the drainage conforming to the standard; develop the water-saving and environmental protective industrial and agricultural techniques, raise the water resources using efficiency ; quickly construct the water engineering, implement the water transfer project across-basin; strengthen the water resources management to realize the sustainable utilization of the urban water resources in Baoji City.
