摘　　要：雌激素(estrogen,E)是一种主要由卵巢分泌产生的女性激素,它具有改善血液循环、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗心律失常等保护心血管系统方面的效应,同时,对妇女正常心血管功能的维持和调节也具有重要的意义。因此,探讨雌激素对血管平滑肌细胞的作用机制对心血管疾病的预防及绝经后妇女雌激素替代疗法都具有一定的临床指导意义。The Estrogen is one female sex hormone that is secreted mainly by ovaries. It is responsible for protecting cardiovascular system in improving blood circulation, resisting artherosclerosis and arrhythmia and so on. Meanwhile,it plays an important role in maintaining and regulating women＇s normal cardiovascular function.Therefore,the study about its mechanism of action on vascular smooth muscle cell has a certain clinical significance not only in preventing the cardiovascular disease,but also in the replacement therapy of post-menopause women.
