摘  要:以致密电熔刚玉、电熔镁砂为主要原料,选用铝酸钙水泥、硅微粉和ρ-Al2O3微粉为主要结合剂,采用电熔刚玉为骨料,固定骨料基质=7030(质量比),基质组成中固定电熔镁砂细粉、α-氧化铝微粉加入量均为6%不变,改变致密电熔刚玉细粉、铝酸钙水泥、硅微粉和ρ-Al2O3微粉的加入量,配制成3种结合系统的刚玉-MgO浇注料.铝酸钙水泥-硅微粉结合系统中硅微粉加入量固定为1%,铝酸钙水泥加入范围为0~15%;硅微粉结合系统中硅微粉的加入范围为0.3%~2.5%;ρ-Al2O3微粉-硅微粉结合系统中硅微粉加入量固定为0.3%,ρ-Al2O3微粉的加入范围为1%~10%.检测1000 ℃ 3 h、1350 ℃ 3 h、1600 ℃ 3 h处理后试样的冷态耐压强度、体积密度、显气孔率、加热永久线变化率等物理指标和抗渣侵蚀和渗透性能,研究3种结合系统对刚玉-MgO浇注料的物理性能和抗渣性能的影响.试验结果表明:合理控制基质中结合剂的加入量可以获得综合物理性能优良的无水泥刚玉-MgO浇注料;硅微粉和ρ-Al2O3微粉-硅微粉结合刚玉-MgO浇注料的抗渣性能优于铝酸钙水泥-硅微粉结合刚玉-MgO浇注料.Studies were focused on the effect of binders,such as calcium aluminate cement,silica fume and ρ-Al2O3 micropowder,on properties of the corundum -magnesia castable,which is composed of fused corundum and fused magnesite as starting materials. The ratio of aggregate and matrix is fixed in matrix at 70 : 30 (mass ratio) and the addition of fused magnesite micropowder and co-alumina powder in matrix is fixed at 6%. By changing the addition of fused corundum micropowder and the three binders,three castables with different binding systems are prepared. For calcium aluminate -silica fume binding system,the silica fume is constant 1% ,calcium aluminate cement 0-15%. In the silica fume system,silica fume addition is 0.3% -2.5%. In the ρ-Al2O3 -silica fume system,silica fume addition is 0. 3% ,range of ρ-Al2O3 micropowder 1% -10%. The cold crushing strength, linear change rate, apparent porosity and bulk density, slag corrosion and penetration resistance were determined after heating the specimens at 1000 ℃,1350 ℃ and 1600 ℃ for 3 h respectively. The results show that:cement free corundum -magnesia castable with optimum properties contribute to an appropriate ratio of binders in the matrix;The silica fume bonded and ρ-Al2O3 micropowder -silica fume bonded castables perform better slag corrosion resistance than the calcium silicate cement-silica fume bonded castable.
