经胸导管插管观察犬乳糜液的理化性状和动态变化

摘　　要：作者用开胸胸导管直接插管法观察了9只犬清醒、空腹状态下以及给^(131)Ⅰ脂肪后乳糜液的理化性状改变和96h内血液、乳糜液中放射性强度的动态变化。结果表明:乳糜液的外观、流量、苏丹Ⅲ染色与进脂肪餐的量有密切关系:当含脂量较高的标记物给量大于2ml/kg体重时,其外观由血清样淡黄色变为牛奶样乳白色,苏丹Ⅲ染色呈阳性反应,24h平均流量达546ml,而给量小于1ml/kg体重时上述指标无变化;pH值、白细胞计数、甘油三酯受脂肪餐的影响不大,但与血液差异显著。其pH值为7.91±0.40,较血液偏硷性,中性粒细胞为13.22％±6.04％只有血液的20％,淋巴细胞和甘油三酯分别为87.89％±4.81％和4.08±2.01mmol/L,均为血液的5倍;犬乳糜液对^(131)Ⅰ-脂肪的吸收曲线和血液相同,并与人血液对^(131)Ⅰ-脂肪吸收曲线一致。即4h左右出现峰值,放射性强度达4900cpm,6h下降、12h后逐渐恢复至给标记物前水平。The physical and chemical features of chyle were observed by cannulation of the thoracic duct in 9 dogs under fasting conditions and after administration of 131I-fat, and the dynamic changes of the radioactivity in blood and chyle over a 96-hour period were studied The results showed that the changx in appearance, flow volume and Sudan Ⅲstaining of the chyle were associated with the volume of administration of 131I- fat. When the volume of 131I- fat was more than 2 ml/kg Bw,the chyle turned a light yellow to a milky colour, with a positive result of Sudan Ⅲ staining and the flow volume of chylein cased to 546 ml/24 h; whereas when the volume of 131I-fat was less than 1ml/kg Bw,no changes were found. There were great differences between the blood and chyle; but the pH, leukocyte count and lymphocytes and triglyceride concentration of chyle were less affected by 131I-fat; the pH of chyle was 7.91±0.40, more basic than that of the blood; neutrophilic granulocytes 13.22%±6.04%, which was only 20% of the blood; chyle lymphocyies and triglyceride were 87.89% ±4.81% and 4.08±201 mmol /L respectively, five times as much as in the blood The absorption curve of the canine blood and chyle to 131I-fat was identical, and similar to that in human blood. It was observed that a peak appeared about 4 hours later. It descended in 6 hours and then it tool 11 hours to reach its anginal level before administration.
