摘 要:作者用oxonol-Ⅵ探剂测定线粒体H^+运转ATP酶ATP驱动跨膜电位的变化。发现:正常大鼠心肌线粒体H^+运转ATP酶的ATPΔΑ590~630nm的变化为0.0392±0.0024;冷暴露1,2,3,4和5周分别为0.0207±0.0014,0.0273±0.0024,0.0109±0.0022,0.0172±0.0028和0.0228±0.0011。结果表明:冷暴露大鼠心肌线粒体H^+运转ATP酶ATP驱动跨膜电位明显低于正常对照组。The ATP- dnven membrane potential of mitochondrial H - transporting ATPase was monitored by the absorbance changes of the voltage sensitive dye oxonol -VI . It was found that the change of △A 590 - 630 ran of mitochondrial H+- transporting ATPase from the rats of the control was 0.039 2 ±0.002 4, while the changes of △A590-630 nm of mitochondrial H+-transporting ATPase from the rats exposed to the cold for 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 weeks were 0.020 7 ±0.001 4, 0.0273± 0.0024, 0.010 9 ±0.002 2, 0.017 2± 0.002 8 and 0.022 8 ± 0.0011 respectively. It is shown that the ATP-driven membrane potential of mitochondrial H +-transporting ATPase in the rat heart after cold exposure is obviously lower than that of the control.
