复方生精冲剂(胶囊)治疗男性不育  

Observation on Compound Shengjing(生精)Capsule in Treating Male Infertility Patients

摘　　要：目的:探讨进一步提高复方中药治疗男性不育症的疗效。方法:采用复方生精冲剂(胶囊)治疗397例男性不育症,并结合文献报道进行综合分析。结果:3～6个月后少精症组全部治愈,配偶怀孕率69.2%(126/182例)。第2组弱精症治愈率93.8%,配偶怀孕率70%(91/130例)。第3组4项精液常规不正常组治愈率为81.6%,其配偶怀孕率60.5%(43/71例)。结论:复方生精冲剂治疗男性少、弱精症等所致之男性不育有显著效果,而对死精症和无精症疗效不佳。Objective To evaluate the effect of Self-made compound Shengjing（生精） capsule in treating male infertility patients Methods Clinical data of 397 cases of male infertility were analyzed. All patients were administrated compound Shengjing capsule 3 times everyday and followed up 3 - 6 months. Results In the oligoasthenozoospennic patients, the cure rate was 100% and the pregnancy rate of their wives were 77.8% （126/163 cases）. The cure rate and their spouse pregnancy rate were 93.8% and 72.3 % （94/130 cases respectively） in asthenozoospermatic patients, while in the abnormal spermatic fluid routine test patients, the cure rate was 81.6% and the spouse pregnancy rate was 60.5% （43/71 cases）. It was ineffective in necrospermatic and azoospermatic patients. Conclusion In the series, Self-made compound Shengjing capsule shows significant therapeutic effect in male oligoasthenozoospennic and asthenozoospermatic patients.
