摘  要:对硼砂型B-Cr-RE粉末共渗剂的粘结原因进行了分析,通过调整各组分及其相对含量,获得一种以硼铁及硼砂为供硼源的防粘结粉末渗剂。该渗剂渗硼效果良好,渗后渗渣松散,易清理。另外,还对该防粘结渗剂形成渗硼层的显微组织、硬度及脆性进行了研究。The cohesion cause of borax type chromium-RE-baronizing powder was studied. By adjusting components and relative content, a kind of new anti-cohesion powder using boron iron and borax as boron supplier agents was obtained. The results show that the boronizing effect is excellent;the residua after boronizing are very loose and easy to clean. Moreover,the microstructure, microhardeness and brittleness of boronizing layer formed by the new anti-cohesion powder are also studied.
