摘 要:对怀卵期三角帆蚌的外侧瓣鳃分别从水平、横、纵等三个方向作组织切片,利用光镜观察其组织形态结构。结果显示,在怀卵期外侧瓣鳃增至(2 876.77±123.58)μm,两鳃小瓣之间被鳃间隔分成许多鳃小腔,其宽度为(474.06±32.01)μm(纵切),(410.74±70.69)μm(水平切)。瓣间隔的厚度为(244.92±17.23)μm(纵切),(288.80±35.16)μm(水平切)。从横切面观察,瓣间隔又由横向隔板组成瓣间隔孔,隔板宽度为(309.2±50.56)μm,两隔板间的孔宽度为(365.22±37.74)μm。鳃小腔通过瓣间隔孔而互相连通,从而形成鳃腔育儿囊。同时还观察到:在胚胎发育初期,受精卵被粘液状物质包裹,随着孵化的进行包裹物逐渐消失。The outside laminas of Hyriopsis cumingii were cut during egg-bearing period into three sections: horizontal, cross and vertical sections and the structures of its organization were observed through microscope. The result shows that the outside lamina during reproduction increased to (2 876.77 ± 123.58) μm and two lamellae were separated by the interlamellae junction into lots of small gill cavities with the width of (474.06 ± 32.01 )μm in vertical direction and (410.74 ± 70.69)μm in horizontal direction. The thickness of the interlamellae junction is (244.92 ±17.23) μm in vertical direction and (288.80 ± 35.16) μm in horizontal direction. Observed from the cross section, it was found that the interlamellae junction holes were formed by the crosswise partition boards of the interlamellae junction, with the width of (309.2 ± 50.56) μm. The hole width between two partition boards was (365.22 ± 37.74)μm. The small gill cavities were connected by the interlamellae junction hole, and thus the gill cavity where the pouch would be nurtured was formed. Simultaneously, it was also observed that during the primitive period of embryonic development, the zygote was covered by some sticky substance which gradually disappeared with the process of hatching.
