摘　　要：本文介绍了地址匹配的相关概念,根据目前地名地址发布平台遇到的问题和分布式GIS的趋势,在对Web服务的体系结构、技术实现等进行探讨的基础上,提出了基于Web服务的地名地址发布技术,并结合昆明数字城管的建设实践,证实了该模式的可行性。Firstly, the concept of the address matching is introduced. Then according to the problems of current web publishing systems for address matching and the trend of distributed GIS, the web publishing techniques of address matching based on web service are proposed after analyzing the framework and characters of web services. Finally, the paper presents the design and realization of the web publishing system for address matching that introduces the total system design scheme and confirms its feasibility in the construction of the digital city management system of Kunming city.
