3个猪链球菌2型四川分离株4个毒力因子基因序列测定与分析  

Sequencing and analysis of 4 virulence factors from 3 strains of Streptococcus suis serotype 2 isolates in Sichuan province

摘　　要：目的设计了特异性引物对3个致病性猪链球菌2型(Ss2)四川分离株4个主要毒力因子基因mrp、epf、sly和orf2分别进行了扩增,序列测定与分析结果表明3个Ss2四川分离株均存在4个毒力因子基因mrp、epf、sly和orf2,其核苷酸序列与1998年江苏分离株9801及国外参考菌株的同源性均大于99.5%,提示3个四川分离菌株与1998年江苏流行的高毒力菌株可能具有共同的来源。The 4 main virulence factor genes mrp, epf, sly and or f2 from 3 strains of Streptococcus suis serotype 2 （Ss2） isolates in Sichuan province were amplified by PCR using the specific primers designed. Through sequencing and analysis of the nucleotide sequence in these 4 virulence factor gene, it was demonstrated that the homologies of genes among these 3 strains of Ss2 isolates and the strain 9801 isolated in jiangsu province in 1998 and other reference strains were over 99.5 %, indicating the common origin of these 4 strains isolated in Sichuan province with those strains isolated in jiangsu province in 1998.
