摘  要:目的从银杏外种皮石油醚提取物中制备银杏酸混合物及3种单体,并试验其杀钉螺活性。方法由柱层析制得含量为90%的银杏酸混合物,再经HPLC制备色谱分离出3种单体。采用浸杀法测定银杏外种皮石油醚提取物、银杏酸混合物及3个单体的杀钉螺效果。结果银杏外种皮石油醚提取物、银杏酸混合物浸杀钉螺24h的LD50分别为13.4mg/L、11.3mg/L;3种单体中,侧链为C15∶1银杏酸的杀钉螺效果最好。结论银杏酸是银杏外种皮石油醚提取物中的主要灭螺活性成分。银杏酸侧链的长短对杀钉螺活性有较大的影响。To prepare Ginkgolic acids compound and three monomers of Ginkgolic acids from petrol ether extract of ginkgo sarcotestas and to test molluscicidal activities of them Ginkgolic acids compound with total concentration of 90% was prepared by column chromatography and the monomers were separated by HPLC preparative chromatography. The molluscicidal activities of petrol ether extract of ginkgo sarcotestas, ginkgolic acids and the monomers were tested by immersion method. By immersing for 24 hours, the LD50 values of petrol ether extract of ginkgo sarcotestas and ginkgolic acids compound were 13.4mg/L and 11.3mg/L respectively. Among the monomers, gingkgolic acid C15 : 1 had the strongest molluscicidal activity. It is concluded that ginkgolic acids were the main molluscicidal compounds of petrol ether extract of ginkgo sarcotestas. And the length of the side-chain of ginkgolic acid has significant influence on molluscicidal activity of the compound.
