摘 要:通过连续3a对泡桐叶甲(Basiprionota bisignata)的田间调查和室内饲养观察,找到了引起其种群数量变化的关键阶段和关键因子,组建了以作用因子为组分的泡桐叶甲第1代生命表。在此基础上运用K值法分析了各种因子对泡桐叶甲自然种群的作用。结果表明,气候因素,尤其是降水是影响其种群的关键因子;引起泡桐叶甲死亡的第1代的关键阶段为1~3龄幼虫期。By the systematic investigation in field and the population feed experiment in laboratory, the key phase and the key factor which resulting in the population change of Basiprionota bisignata were found, and the life table of the first generation of B. bisignata was constructed by using of the affecting factors from 2000 to 2002. The effect of different factors on the natural population of B. bisignata was analyzed by using the K-value method. The results showed that the climate factors had a remarkable effect on the pop- ulation of B. bisignata, particularly the precipitation was the key factor which had significant effect on the population of the first generation of B. bisignata. The first to third instars larvae periods were the key stage which arousing the death of first generation population of B. bisignata.
