摘  要:目的 建立大鼠瘙痒模型,观察瘙痒信号的外周传入部位.方法 大鼠颈背部皮内注射2% 5-羟色胺(5-HT)建立大鼠瘙痒模型.1周后,随机挑选4只大鼠行颈背部皮内注射辣根过氧化物酶(HRP),再用神经束路追踪术(TMB法)观察大鼠颈2~5(C2~C5)背根神经节(DRG)内HRP阳性细胞的分布.结果 DRG中HRP阳性细胞呈散在分布,C3 DRG中阳性细胞最多见,C4中较少,C2,C5中缺乏.结论 大鼠颈背部中线区域的瘙痒信号主要通过C3 DRG传入脊髓.Objective To establish rat itch model and localize the position of afferent itch signal. Methods Rats were injected intradermally with 2% 5-hydroxytryptamine (5 - HT) on the nape of the neck. Four rats were randomly selected 1 week later,and their horseradish peroxidase (HRP) positive cells were then observed in dorsal root ganglions (DRGs) at C2 -C5 by TMB method after receiving HRP injection in the same sites. Results HRP positive neurons distributed diffusely in DRGs,and they were more common in DRGs at C3,less at CA,and absent at C2 and C5. Conclusion The itch signal from the median site of the nape in the rats is transmitted predominantly through DRGs at C3 to the spinal cord.
