摘  要:某铁矿是以磁铁矿为主的闪石型铁矿石,根据某铁矿矿区严重缺水的状况,采用“细碎至-5 mm时进行干式磁选抛尾,粗精矿再磨再选”工艺,工业生产获得了TFe品位66.08%、回收率81.96%的铁精矿。在生产调试中还解决了锤式破碎机易损及粉尘污染问题。In the deposit, the amphibole -type iron ore contains magnetite mainly. According to the condition of serious shortage of water in the mining area, a process of "fine crushing till - 5mm size - discarding tailings by dry magnetic separation - concentrate regrinding - dry magnetic separation" was carried on. A iron concentrate with 66.08% Fe and a recovery of 81.96% was obtained in industry production. Some Problems such as vulnerability of hammer crusher and dust pollution in industrial production commissioning are also settled.
