摘 要:通过对L a在高纯净钢中合金化作用的研究,结果表明,固溶L a对γ→α相变产生明显的影响,细化铁素体晶粒,提高了硬度。但对退火组织的铁素体晶粒影响不大。退火后的铁素体晶粒内部的亚晶界较为明显。在冰盐水淬火时,L a使得γ→α多型性转变按块状相变方式进行,铁素体晶界呈现不规则形貌,铁素体晶粒呈块状,有时呈条片状或针状。Alloying effect of La in high purity steel was investigated. It is shown that the effect of solution La on γ→α phase transformation was remarkable. The ferrite grains were fined and hardness was increased. But effect solution La on annealed structures of steel is weakly. The subgrain boundary can be observed in annealed structures. When quenching in ice brine, pleomorphism transformation of γ→α according to nubby transformation mechanism. The ferrite grain boundary is irregularly. The ferrite grain present nubby,sheet and acicular.
