摘　　要：目的研究渗出型老年性黄斑变性的A、B型超声声像学表现。方法对25例(30眼)经荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)确诊的渗出型老年性黄斑变性行A、B型超声检查。结果A型超声检查:病变部位呈高反射,不同阶段内反射不同。B型超声检查:均表现为不同程度黄斑区球壁局限性增厚、粗糙、隆起以及增厚,球壁形成层间透声裂隙。结论A、B型超声检查相结合是诊断渗出型老年性黄斑变性的一种简便和有效的方法,尤其在屈光间质混浊病人中可作为诊断渗出型老年性黄斑变性的重要辅助依据。Objective To study the A-scan and B-scan ultrasonic images of exudative senile macular degeneration. Mathotis 25 cases （30 eyes） of exudative senile macular degeneration definitely diagnosed by FFA were scanned by A-scan and Bscan ultrusonography. Results From A-scan images, high reflections could be seen in local macular area, differed with different periods. From B-scan images, the local thickening in different areas of macula, roughness and lump in front of macular area, and the ultrasonic inferlamellar slits could be seen. Conclusions Combining B-scan ultrasonography with A-scan ultrasonography can supply important complementary evidence for the diagnosis of exudative senile macular degeneration, especially for patients with opacity of refractive media.
