摘  要:应用脉冲电化学光整技术去除深小孔零件表面的毛刺以及对棱边倒圆角进行了实验研究,以降低其表面粗糙度值,改善其棱边质量。分析了主要工艺参数对最终棱边质量的影响,解释了实验中出现的现象并提出解决办法,在此基础上总结了改善零件棱边质量可以采取的措施。With the development of science and technology, more and more attention has been paid to the edge quality of parts. This paper describes the ways of cutting fin and making round edge on the surface of small deep hole parts with pulse electrochemical finishing to reduce its surface roughness value and improve its edge quality perfectly. In this paper, the technologic experiment is studied especially and the influence of main parameters on the surface quality of finished is analyzed. Moreover phenomena of experiment are explained and methods are proposed which may solve problem during the process of experiment. Base on these, measures that may improve edge quality of parts perfectly are summarized.
