摘　　要：目的:观察Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗皮肤色素损害的临床疗效。方法:皮肤色素损害患者637例,其中太田痣102例,咖啡斑55例,雀斑180例,纹身300例。应用Q开关激光,针对不同病变类型,采用不同波长和工作参数进行祛色治疗。结果:经过1-8次治疗,不同皮肤色素损害的有效率分别为:太田痣100%、咖啡斑61%、雀斑100%、纹身100%。所有病例在治疗后均未遗留疤痕。结论:应用Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗皮肤色素损害具有疗效好,组织损伤少,不留疤痕等特点。Objective ： To study the therapeutic effects of Q - Switched Nd： YAG laser in treatment of cutaneous pigmentary lesions. Methods： Six hundred and thirty seven patients were treated with the Q -Switched laser. The cutaneous pigmentary lesions including： 102 cases of nevus of Ota, 55 cases of café - au - lait spot, 180 cases of freckles, 300 cases of tattoo. Results： After 1 -8 times Q -Switched laser therapy the effective rate was follows： nevus of Ota 100% ,café - au - lait spot 61% , freckles100%, tattoos100%, respectively. No scar formation was observed in all patients treated. Conclusion： The using of Q -Switched Nd：YAG Laser in treatment of Ota, freckles, tattoos is a securing method having good cured results with no scar and less pain.
