健康飞行人员3565例心电图明尼苏达编码分析

摘　　要：作者对21～51岁的3565例健康飞行人员心电图采用国际通用的明尼苏达编码分类,并进行分析讨论。3565例飞行人员中,有编码者1315例,占36.89％。结果提示:异常Q/QS波0.14％,心电轴偏移5.11％左室高电压10.58％,ST-T改变2.07％,房室传导阻滞1.71％,室内传导阻滞4.60％,心律失常10.66％,其它异常13.04％。调查表明,健康飞行人员中存在着各种心电图改变,经体格检查、心电图运动负荷试验及有关试验,均未发现心血管系统异常改变,提示健康飞行人员心电图异常绝大多数属正常生理变异或功能性改变。ECGs of 3565 dinically normal pilots, aged from 21 to 51, were dassified and analyzed by Minnesota code. Among the 3565, there were 1315 coded pilots, making up 36.89% of the total number. The results were as follows: abnormal Q/QS wave (0.14%, electrocardial axis deflection 5.11% high voltage of left ventricle 10.58%, charged ST-T segment 2.07%, atrioventricular conduction block 1.71%, intraventricular conduction block 4.60%,arrhythmias 10.66% and other abnormalities 13.04%. The research showed that there were various changes in the coded pilots, although no abnormal alteration of the cardiovascular system was discovered by physical examination, the ECG exercise stress test and other relevant clinical tests. This suggests that ECG abnormalities in clinically normal pilots are normal physiological and functional variations.
