摘 要:根据三峡水库泥沙淤积情况和泥沙在库区污染物迁移转化中的作用,指出水库持续不断的泥沙淤积可能成为今后三峡水库污染物的重要来源之一——内源污染。笔者认为,以前提出的以减淤、增容为目标的“双汛限”和“多汛限”等优化调度方式,同样对于清除水库河床表面淤泥、尽量消除污染物在水库的累积具有重要作用。建议三峡工程以汛期优化调度为基础,研究建立防洪、减淤与水库污染控制和改善上下游生态环境相结合的综合调度措施。Based on the nature of reservoir sedimentation and consecutive accumulation of contaminants with sediment, the pollution caused bysediment deposition is noted to be one of the major sources of pollution to the reservoir of the Three Gorges Project (TGP) in the future. To preserve the water quality of the reservoir, one should therefore also pay close attention to such internal source of pollution induced by sedimentation, in addition to the control of point and non-point sourees from the upland. Previously, the tirst two authors have suggested some schemes to optimize the operation of the TGP reservoir to increase flood control capacity and to minimize sediment deposition. Because such schemes of operation will lead to scour of the topmost layer of new deposition, which is the most active layer regarding adsorption of contaminants, it is also proposed as a research base to arrive at an all-round seheme for the control of tlood, sediment, water quahty and ecosystem in the reaches both up- and downstream of the TGP dam.
